and select "Compare It" you will see that the only car they choose to compare it to is the car you mentioned. Look at the comparison and decide for yourself. You can also do this comparison on the Audi USA website by going to: http://www.audiusa.com/cars/tt/compare.htm
IMHO the TT is a MUCH better buy. It has a back seat, much more storage capacity, and is $10K cheaper. Of course it's not a convertible, so that is the only advantage of the Mercedes IMHO over the Audi. Good luck!

Actually Dennis, I think that you have confused the SLK 230 with the CLK 230. They are substantially different cars. And the TT and the CLK are also far different.

I have heard very good things about the CLK, and the long waiting list for the car is proof of this. In fact, used CLKs often sell for as much or more than new ones.
