Default Rear brake disc removal on Cabby - Need Help

My daughter has a VW Cabrio and I am replacing the pads and rotors. I cannot seem to figure out how to get the rear rotors off.

Anyone with a little experience with this would be greatly appreciated.

I've done the TT and a Passat with no issues. I don't have a Bentley for this car, but what a pain this car has been.

Default It's really not that difficult. Did you remove the flat-head Phil set screw?
