My dealer didn't do the Haldex at 20K - BUT NOW, I just called
and asked them about each item. They said O.K. ..Hmmmm... Since they didn't follow the list at 20K, they probably won't again. But at least I know what to ask for, and what to check for.

I will give you an idea of what was done to my wifes A6>>>
they replaced the rear pads and cut the rotors back in jan cause the rotors were warped! Back in Oct the car was in for rear pads....last thurs, my wife calls me to tell me the A6 is running crappy...CEL on...turns out its a coil pack...and then i am told they replaced the brake fluid, as it was time for it..20k mile service...
Car was in for its 20k back in Jan...and now its got 21k+ on it...so what was done then??? Not to mention the service in late Jan that was done, they replaced the Front brakes cause the sensor just came on....why were ALL of the brakes not checked back in Oct you ask??? Well, Audi only addresses "the problem" and does no proactive work was the answer i got. So the customer is inconvenienced by multiple visits??? on a safety item???
I do not believe its the dealership..just Audi and their crappy policies and warranties....just my rant!
