Anyone know where i can get my scratched wheels repaired in the nyc metro area (or northern nj)?

How much does this cost per wheel? I got a flat and two rims scratched going through a pothole in nyc. I guess that's a good excuse to replace 20k tires with michelin pilot sports...

I have the forms to get reimbursed by the nyc comptroller's office and am wondering if anyone else here has had the same experience-- how long did it take to get the money, what evidence do you need, etc? I plan to send them estimates first, and not receipts. I will do the repairs to the rims AFTER I get the money.
