Replace hazard relay/button

My directional is geting stuck in the on position after a few blinks.

I got a replacement relay, which is actually part of the red hazard button in the center of the dash.

Any idea how to go about changing it?
I don't know how to remove/open the dash.

some one posted the procedure, you can get at it by removing the radio and going up through there...

here's a pic of the tools to get radio out...
