Default response letter from audi service complaint

yesterday after VERY poor service from rector audi, i wrote an email to audi
on the http://www.audiusa.com/contact/ site.
today i got this:

Dear Ken:

Thank you for contacting Audi of America.

We certainly appreciate your taking the time to write and provide this
information. Audi welcomes feedback from our customers regarding their
experience within our dealerships. This information is extremely
important to us.

We apologize for the difficulty you experienced at our dealership. Your
note has been forwarded to the appropriate individuals at Audi Client
Relations.

If you need further help, please call our Client Relations Department
at (800) 822-2834 and choose option #3. They are available to discuss
your concerns Monday through Friday from 9am to 7pm. EDT.

assuming that "Leslie" is written in Visual Basic.
