Default LOL! "Title on © Application: APR Flash...Title on © Application: APF (sic) file creator."

Clear proof that these programs were developed for APR. Copyright/software law is pretty clear that nearly 100% of the time the copyrights and code are owned by the employer and not the author. I would assume that APR has contracts to further support that supposition.

Default That's great but our copyright certificates predate theirs...

It doesn't do much good to file for copyrights the day after you are served court papers.

Default From how things are going in the UK... looks like you guys are going to get F-cked!

Especially since I believe over there, now APR is repsonsible for REVO's costs.

Default How do you figure that? Refusing to grant an injunction is not a "loss" for APR, and the fact...

that Revo has to put revenue into an escrow account shows that the court thinks the APR case may have some merit.

Default How do you not. The injunction (which is relatively easy to get and keep until the underlying

lawsuit is over) was rescinded. That means that they couldn't even hold the burden of proof for an injunction.
