ROADSTER---TEMP COVER
WHAT DO TT ROADSTER OWNERS USE TO PROTECT THE INTERIOR IF THEY DON'T WANT TO ALWAYS PUT UP THE TOP. I THOUGHT ABOUT GOING TO A UPHOLSTRY SHOP AND HAVING SOME KIND OF A TONNEAU COVER FABRICATED TO QUICKLY COVER THE INTERIOR FROM THE SUN AND ELEMENTS. BUT I'M AFRAID THE CONNECTORS WOULD BE A BUMMER ON THE BODY. ANY IDEAS??

No. I have this and it's a pain to use....
I bought it from the original mfg. way back when.
I've used it a few times, but it does not stay in place.
- The compression tubes used to stick it in place inbetween the dash and the windshield do not hold.
- The velcro tabs that fold around the outside mirrors rip loose in even a small wind.
- Then if you have your alarm on, the rustling of the cover, even when it's on taught, sets off the alarm.
I paid like $75 for it whan it came out, and I thought *that* was too much. It's simple flimsy nylon.
