Default Roebling Road - 7 Days Left for Registration

After 2/29, the price goes up (if any spots remain)!!!

Also, as we are in need of a few more instructors, we have decided to let instructors attend at no charge. Please help get the word out of this great opportunity to any ACNA (or other club) instructors you know.

Thanks guys -- look forward to seeing you at the event!<ul><li><a href="http://www.motorsportreg.com/calendar/event.cfm?uidEvent=7D834AED-037E-98CF-1757B13EC8271816">Roebling Road Registration</a></li></ul>

Default free track time!?

I would be there if it weren't for the 4000 mile trip and this damn dissertation I am writing.

(Yes, an actual dissertation.)

Default yep...

seems to have become the standard in the southeast. Instructors won't come to events if they have to pay.

I was accused by a client of making an "oratory" in a meeting this week. Seems like I'm dangerously close to "dissertation" any day now.

Default the flight and rental might make it worth it to try some east coast tracks some day.

I will keep that in mind. Thanks!

Default Chris, As I posted earlier, I have a conflict on the Roebling weekend, but ----->

Your comment about needing instructors leads me to ask if there ever might be a possibility of and instructor clinic being held down South? I may want to do that someday.

Thanks! I'll miss seeing you guys in March. Barber in November if we don't cross paths before that.

Default I'll be in Savannah at my new job by then, but have a conflict for the.....

weekend. It has always been a track I have wanted to run.

Any other events or time to get to run the track.

Default Check out Chin Motorsports

they are doing a 1 day event the 28th, and I think they do a couple other events there each year.

Also, BMW and Porsche Club run that track I believe.

Good place to start would be the calendars on Motorsportreg.com and mytrackschedule.com.

If you have some free time that weekend come by the track and say hello!

Chris

Default I want to hold one someday, but in the meantime I highly recommend signing up for>>

the ACNA Mid Ohio Instructor Clinic (the Friday before the weekend event). I went last year and it was great. Craig had the instructors from the Mid Ohio School on hand and they gave great pointers.

But yeah, I want to do one. I will gauge interest and try to reserve three consecutive days at Roebling in '09 so we can have a Friday instructor clinic.

Default Definitely.... Barber Motorsports Park is an awesome track>>

that event is in November. They may initially open registration with a charge for instructors but I'd bet my paycheck that they again drop it sometime during registration to help boost instructor attendance (same as I'm doing for Roebling)

And you'd be welcome to take some laps in my car.
