Why do you have to sell it? Did a different car catch your eye?

Change of job .... I'm getting a company car and cannot justify both the TT and my new Lotus 340R (which arrives in March) sitting in the garage for weekend use .... and as there will only be 340 of the Lotus' ever made, thats the better one to keep from a purely financial point of view. I also think that the 340R is even more "unique" looking than the TT, so at least people will still stare !!

I'll really miss the TT, but finances dictate that one must go ...

Default Sorry to see you go... (more)

Congrats on the new job - but you're probably trading in your TT just as the engine begins to loosen up properly!

I imagine that all of us in the UK would be interested in hearing how much you get for your TT. On the whatcar.co.uk site, there is a very wide price range (up to £35,000 which if I am not mistaken is about £4,000 over MSRP for a fully loaded 225Q). Annoyingly, it's not clear how many of the cars on this site are the less desireable imports or, worse, the totally unwanted LHD imports.

Let us know how you get on!

I agree... keep the 340R. You'll use it less but with only 340 it should be worth it weight in gold

PS Did think about putting a deposit down for the M250 but don't fancy Lotus's aftersales service

Default Yes, agree... (More)

The M250 looks like a real beast ... a bit like a cross between the 340R and Elise and Esprit... with regards to the after sales service, my expectations are that it will be dreadful, so anything better than this will be a bonus !!
