Satellite Radio?

Was there ever a Satellite radio upgrade available for the 2005 Mk 1 TT? And if so, what pieces are needed, obviously the Satellite module, but does it require a different head unit? Is the antennae and other bits of wiring built in? Etc

Sat radio was an option in 2005. The antenna and associated wiring were built in on all cars as standard equioment. Have no idea what is needed to implement it in the head unit.
