Default Saturday effort #1 - Coolant reservoir >

Not running the plastic covers, I've always hated the coolant tank; mine was extremely yellow with age:

So I decided to paint a new one from ECS:

Black Rustoleum Plastic paint, two coats, plus
three more coats of flat Rustoleum, just for good measure:

Default Nice!....My Saturday mod...>

Mini Boost gauge (for my mini 10psi boost!). Nice match with the silver Stewart Warner from 42DD

Default Thanks now I have to go pull my Coolant reservoir on Monday

That came out looking so sharp, but why the new one? Why not just paint the old one?

Default :-) 1. didn't expect it to take as little time as it did >

2. The old one takes much more prep.
3. it was only $15 or so - the paint costs that much.
