screen problem - pls help

Hi,
i have audi tt model 2002.
i have erased strips on the head screen
what can i do?

The key / immobilizer is encoded into the cluster.So you can't just exchange it.

I think modulemaster can repair it. You will have to remove the cluster and send it to them. Obviously you can't drive the car.

Otherwise you can take the car to the dealer and spend about $700-1000.They will fit a new cluster and program the immobilizer.

our audi service in here wants $3500 for new cluster!
only option i have is to ship cluster to someone that repair cluster?

You need to send it in for repair at a service, or replace it. I have not seen anyone successfully replace the screen without damaging another component...
