Default searched and couldnt find...part # for lat accell sesnor

Could someone help me out here. I found one PN in the FAQ that said it could be either, but no luck when I searched the # online.

Default Good luck, it's a confusing mess to me. Yaw, transverse, lateral, whatever it's called.

This link might help if you have not seen it. The part number and location seems to be variable depending on the car.

https://forums.audiworld.com/tt/msgs/1192871.phtml</a

Default did not see that one.....

Mine is a 2001 225. Although I am throwing a code for the lat, not the long sensor. Do you know if the zeroing procedure is the same? I would hate to have to go to the dealer and get changed an arm and a leg to change a simple sensor.

Default I don't think there is a procedure like that for the lateral. Check your email for more.

If you can narrow down the exact part number and location on your car, then get the part, you can likely change it out yourself.

This picture shows where the G200 is integrated with the other sensors but for model year 2002. Note that some 2001 owners have found the G200 as pictured, though. Yes, confusing.

That's a great post. Should go in the FAQ.

Default It was there on my 225q 01 and on my friends 01 180 fwd. I didn't have to do any zeroing procedure

on either.
