Seat covers

Can anyone recommend a model of black seat covers for my 2004 Audi TT? I have these for my VW Passat, but they are not available for the TT, it says:

You should not use seat covers with the Audi seats or the Passat seats. The seats have built in airbags, and it they deploy with the seat covers on the seat, they may not work properly and may injure you rather than protect you. Just something worth some thought. Look into products that protect the fabric or leather, and consider cleaning the seats on a regular schedule.

The seat cover I use on the Passat are equipped with holes for the air bags.

Ahhh.... That's good 2 know. If you don't find any, maybe the Passat ones can be altered to fit the TT seats. I hear that sewing can be quite relaxing, like knitting... :-)

I just paid for the last work today, $6600, including refurbed wheels and heater core. Looks almost like new! Got the console display fixed too.

LoL... I'm pretty much in the same boat. Just got the mechanicals sorted and serviced - full service and 'odds and ends' that needed replacing. Almost $4K. Now... just the cosmetics. I have to re-do the headliner and the trunk side panels need re-surfacing - the fabric is peeling off. Went to a shop, and they said if I remove the panels and strip & clean the glue off, I can save a LOT of $$$ on labour. A project for this week. After that, PPF the front end as it is flawless right now and I'd like to keep it that way. My wheels also need a re-furb - but that can wait until next years' budget.

Good on ya. Are you going to modify the Passat seat covers to fit the TT? Just curious... :-)
