Selling My TT With lots of Mods
After 5 years I am selling my TT. She has been a good car, but its time for something else. I have it loaded up with mods (most are pretty mild -- the stereo is awesome!). So if there are any lurkers out there who might be interested. Give me call. You can see the specs at http://eugene.craigslist.org/car/383974689.html
To all Audiworlders, thank you very much for the help you have given me over the years. DWF<ul><li><a href="http://eugene.craigslist.org/car/383974689.html">http://eugene.craigslist.org/car/383974689.html</a</li></ul>

Re: not very quickly, you won't - dream on...
Should I remove the mods and sell those separatley? 17K seems low when dealers are asking 24000 for junkers...The reason I want to seel it is that I need a car that I can tow 4 down. (four whells on the ground) I don't think you can do that with a TT..

Dealers may be asking that, but I'm sure not getting it..>>
Besides, private party sales are always significantly lower than retail dealer prices. Plug in your numbers at KBB, NADA, or Edmunds and you'll find the value to be between $15 and $17K. I offered my car at $23K, fully and heavily modded...Got no takers for a very nice '01 with 46K on it. De-modded (sold off $10K in mods) and sold it for $17K outfitted not unlike yours. I was glad to get that..

ask what you want, but there are fine cars on this forum that have sat >
a *very* long time at much less than that with equal mods - prices that even tempt me! So I'd say if you can de-mod it yourself you're probably better off, otherwise reality says for an 01 you need a lower price.

Wonder what it is about them. I would have thought that it would be more desirable than that....time to rethink this....Does anybody know if you can tow them (TT's) behind a motorhome without a dolly??

Towing It's not a Quattro is it? >>
Your biggest issue would be getting a tow bar attached to the front end. There is only the one tow point up front.
I wouldn't be flat towing a Quattro
