Default Shopping questions

HI, I am the owner of an A4 1.8tqm and test drove a 225 hp TT Friday,Hoping to maybe purchase the car later this year.
I know this information maybe redundant, but please entertain me.
Why are the Z3 sales guy's bashing the TT with some story about the car "flying" before the rear spoiler and esp were added?,They are really loving this in there sales pitch.
My fiancée was partial to the Z3.......but I of course love the TT, but she will be helping with the payment.
I hope to get up to speed by hanging out here a little more often, guess I have spent to much time in the A4 forum.
Thanks for any information or comments.

Default The German courts cleared Audi last year of all fault in terms of the car's design for crashes that

occurred in Europe when the car was first released. The crashes were officially attributed to "driver error." However, this finding was not made soon enough to avoid Audi's response to alleged design flaws by adding the rear spoiler, a modified suspension, and ESP. So, you are stuck with these whether you want them or not. (BTW, the crashes all occurred at high speeds (much faster than the legal speeds in the U.S.) where the driver was attempting to turn and brake.)

You ought to educate the BMW dealers. They apparently don't read the newspapers.

Good point, Ellen. People tend to forget the court's finding.
