Default Should I be concerned? - Turbo/Drivability question.

Hello everyone, and Happy Father's Day to all the dads out there.

So I finally got my TTQC 180 chipped about 2 mths ago. I noticed the difference right off and have been enjoying the added HP.

While most would not complain about the following and I hope I don't have any reason to be concerned but...

I've noticed the turbo spooling up much more freely, power seems even more now than it did when first chipped and in general she feels more eager than ever. It's like she is almost over boosted if that makes sense.

Aside from the APR 94 program I've had the coil packs replaced about a month ago. Nothing else has been done to the engine. A friend drove my car and the first thing he said upon returning was how much more noticeable the turbo spooling is.

Exhaust note is also deeper or so it seems.

Another other change in behaviour is a much louder start up until the rpms drop. I can hear something higher pitch that wasn't there before but after 30 secs it's gone. I know there are some emission control items doing their thing upon a cold start and it sounds louder.

I'm a fanatic about keeping up on all maintenance items and never cheap out on parts, fluids etc.

Thought it best to get a sanity check here

Thank you in advance,

Perry
