Should I go Zimmerman Rotors and Mintex pads, or save for big brake kit?

Should I go Zimmerman Rotors and Mintex pads, or save for big brake kit?
Been mulling it over, and trying to decide if a Big Brake kit is worth the money, or if I am just looking to fill the dead space behind my rims. I know a Stop Tech set up would be ideal, but is it necessary?

I've got them and am happy with them ...
but if I had it to do again, I'd buy cadmium plated rotors. The Z's look great out of the box, but all the areas that aren't swept area will rust and look like crap.
They definitely work better in the rain than the solid rotors.
