what is that? it sounds like it is coming from the dashboard, but i don't think it is.

it isn't very loud either.

turbo kicks in around that RPM level right? it isn't occurring at any other RPM.

anything in particular?

ashtray, center console storage(where the trunk release is), check to see if any of your air vents are loose, and check for buzzing from the shifter.
I've got a couple that are at specific speeds, a rattle from the center console comes in at 80 and goes away by 85, nice speed warning

i checked the console a bit, and i didnt find anything in particular....and it's tough to discern exactly where the sound is even coming from. Definitely not the shifter though...

see, i wouldn't mind if this was happening at 80mph, cause i rarely hit 80 living in the city, but at 2400 rpm, it sucks, because it happens all the time, yknow?

well i will investigate everything again tomorrow...thanks john.

the silver buttons used to adjusting the clock and whatnot.... mine annoyingly rattle.
