So Audi is saying that their S3 will have the 3.2 engine and will make 280 hp without turbos....
so how come the TT will only get a 250 engine? Does that make sense to anyone - the S3 will probably end up being less $$ than the TT3.2

This rumor has been going on for a while now.........
The only VR6 that is made by VAG that makes 280hp and is not turbo'd is the new yet to be released 3.6L. It is slated for the next S3 because that car won't be released until late 2004 as a 2005 model. The next generation TT will in all likelyhood get this engine as well. VW will put it in the Touareg and Phaeton as well as the Passat and R36.......
