So, if I don't install KW, and use instead Koni, is it PN 27 in this diagram I need to replace?

Default 27 would be the strut bushing.. Im actually wondering about these too >>>

I will be installed the KW v2s and would this be all i need?

Default Both actually...they're sometimes sold as a kit by some of the vendors here..

Both should be replaced no matter what shocks you put on..
