so who needs the FMIC GIACware???..
Hi,
I have heard the new FMIC is causing some problems on the TT 180/225/210.. We would like to make a software program for it, using what we learned when we developed our 2000 a4 program for FMIC. We have just finished up the nasty 959 project and the 996TT super kit so we would like to get this moving.. NOW.
If you are located near a GIAC dealer and have our software and one of these new FMICs please let me know. We will work on a fix for the new IC..
Also we might add some X-programming in this update! 8) Got to see how it does.
thanks,
Garrett Lim

Would you consider producing a stage 3 upgrade for the 225?
Which would include an FMIC, Turbo, exhaust etc?
I already own one of your chips through PES, and TBH feel a little let down by the support GIAC has given 225 TT owners. I also know that we are a relatively small piece of the pie. It sounds like you may be changing you tune on this subject, no?
Also, Have there been any upgrades from the original program? I purchased my chip March 01 FWIW, but do not know which version I have.
BTW, have read about the x-chip on the S4 board, exactly what are the differences between this and your standard chip upgrade?
I live in NJ and would be willing to consider putting my car up as a test mule through PES.
But I digress, I don't have an FMIC to use as a mule.
Thanks for stopping over to post here. I think you'll find a # of 225 owners looking for a stage 3+ mod for their car.

Re: Oh, you can you make something for my 210HP TT? Cool, nobody else has ANY parts or chips.
Hi,
We do a number of "German only" makes. Please just email me your ECU code and we can let you know. Should not be a problem.
regards,
Garrett

GIAC chip, FMIC, VAG-Tool here.....
Located on Long Island, NY
Would also like to have code for the MAF looked at to take advatage of Cold Air Intake. Am told I have hit the "limit" with regard to MAf readings.
Glad to have you back....
