someone hit my TT while it was parked...and they just left
no note. nothing. filed a police complaint.
people are SUCH *******S sometimes....significant dent on the driver's side rear panels.
they hit it pretty hard.
that is all.

yeah, the paint is chipped
and it involves 3 panels somehow. really bad place for him to hit me as well. luckily the rear taillight isn't broken, but there is a bit of a scratch on it, so i might end up having it replaced as well.

This drives me nuts
I had my civic (it wasn't riced out) hit a lot here in Chicago when I owned it. Someone who must've been drunk had hit my bumper and then slammed into the passenger door after that. I am paranoid anytime I park my TT now, hit and runs are too common. Your insurance should cover this sort of thing, though. Best of luck.

that is the worst spot to get hit. so sorry!
I can only imagine how pissed you must be. I know I felt like crap for days after I backed into my brother's car and put two little marks on my rear bumper skin. And that was small and totally my fault...
Good luck with getting it fixed up right. I think someone else here was a victim of a "hit-and-run" in a parking lot and they said their insurance rates would not go up after the claim if they had a police report, which you said you got.

thanks...i had just got it washed too.
and yeah, i haven't even driven it since the incident....everytime i look at it, i don't just get mad that my car is damaged....i get mad that there are *******s in society who do stuff like this and probably go home and laugh about it.
my irritation goes beyond the physical damage....after everything i attempt to do for society to make it a better place, it's the stupid little things that get me in the end.
ah, well....insurance company, here i come!
