Spam alert. We've been getting some spam attacks lately.
It's usually pretty easy to spot the header. Please avoid clicking on the link, since it can sometimes lead to spyware (they can track your internet movements) or malware (programs with malicious intent).

I use these. Very effective and free. Recommended by Microsoft.-->
You can't get rid of spam after they start selling your name. However, there are some other pesky critters out there that you can avoid. I use them all the time.
Search and load:
spyware blaster, spybot, and ad-aware.
You will be supprised at what you find on your machine.
