I was planning on leaving the Dulles area around noon to head up but I'm flexable if it means getting together a group caravan...

sometime around noon-ish, but I'm flexible so long as it is after daybreak and before rush hour. I also would like to explore alternate routes that will miss I-76 (PA Turnpike). I was thinking 270N to 70W to 68W to ?? North into Somerset. Will consult a map......
