Default Sunday tune up.

I'm cleaning the TT and doing some preventative maint.

I got a can SeaFoam and I'm trying to find a vac line to suck some through, one that hits all 4 cyl.

Which is the best one, I don't know my way around engines enough to make an educated guess, plus, once you tell me I'll be THAT much more smart!

Durr.

Also..I checked my oil today, I had it changed about a month ago and I've driven maybe 800 miles, its halfway up to the full mark, should this car be burning a little oil, I'd say its a little less than a quart low. no leaks so it has to be burning. Eek. I guess I need to check my oil more, I just though, hey, no leaks, no need to check the oil every day, but looks like I'll make that an every other day thing if its going to burn off like this.

I'm using Mobil 1 too.

Thanks again guys. Today is dedicated to the TT so I may be back again soon. hah

Default Are you checking it on a level surface and are you checking when the engine is hot or cold?...

Could make a difference....and what are you trying to do with these vacuum lines?

I'm just sucking some seafoam to blast the carbon deposits out.

I don't know which line to pull to get the product in each cylinder.

And when I checked the oil it had been sitting overnight and it was in our perfectly level lot.
