Just wanted to thank everyone for their advise..

ANyway, heres my current situation.
Put the Borla on my car. def lost the low end torque. After reading everyones suggestions I did many things.
First, checked to see if all passages in exhaust were clear, YES THEY WERe.
Next checked to see if pressure was the same out of both pipes..YES THEY WERE.
Now I disconnected battery to reset ECU.
Also, mad sure my APR chip was not in stock mode.

AFTER ALL THIS I WENT OUT FOR A FEW RUNS. HERES WHAT I NOTICED:
I used to have hard torque when turbo would kick in around 3500 RPM. Not anymore.
If I floor the car from first i do not feel any HARD torque. However if I take off in 1st with pedal half way down wait till I get to about 3500 rpms, push pedal further I get my torque back around 4500 rpms .
"IS EVERYONE FOLLOWING ME SO FAR??"
2ND pushes hard as well as 3rd and 4th.
So FROM THESE FEW RUNS i HAD, it seems that my power is higher up in the RPMS, and possibly the exhaust smoothed out my torque a bit by stretching it higher up in the RPM's.
DOES THIS SEEM right? IS THIS WHAT A CAT BACK is supposed to do??

ONCE AGAIN THANKS TO ALL!!! FOR YOUR HELP!
