Is there a difference between the Forge and Bailey DV's besides cosmetics?
Also has anyone tried both and got different results. I have the Forged right now and not so sure it is performing up to par, and i do have the upgraded piston.

Both are good valves... Bailey is permanently sealed...
and has the plastic-sort-of piston. As you know, Forge is serviceable and now has the aluminum piston. Forge seems more solid in operation to me-- just my opinion, but I have run both valves for over 6K miles each.
What problems are you having? Might be time to disassemble your valve and inspect/re-lube.

Lots of bogging in low rpms, sometimes turbo will kick in and then just lost power until I shift to
another gear. I put the stock one back in this morning and seems to be a bit more smooth than the forged. However, not a strong a pull with the stock DV

Get one of these. They work and keep working because of the design.
