There is a rattling sound coming from the front of my car, I have a video to show what Im talking
 
about. Anyone have any ideas? My friend thought maybe a sway bar is lose?<ul><li><a href="http://users.adelphia.net/~treybalson/Media/Movies/Cars/TT.wmv">Vid showing the noise.</a></li></ul>

That is the brake shield or worn pads. Check the pad wear first.

I didnt have the brakes on at all. Does that mean its the shield?

you don't have to have the brakes on for it to make that noise...
 
the pads that are worn, are still touching the rotor as you make the turn, BUT, it still may be the brake shield.
that screeching noise is a key.
take the wheel off and see.

Sounds like a loose heat shield. Check the shield right above the cat, often comes loose.
