I tried to find - was it Hottubs - install comparison, which was the real telltale, imo...AND I can't believe anyone'd drop nealy a grand w/o at least running a search program, but "TJM" ("That's Just Me...")

Hype?? Sorry Steve.....I noticed nice change w/ APR100....not 30hp ...but VERY noticable>>
especially in the way it makes smooth power.
Well worth the $$ if you play in that arena (others also happy with the manifold). Whoever believes they can bolt on 30hp (even most domestic chip claims are bogus!) may need to learn from their own mistakes

No doubt there will be an increase, but the.......
Hype surrounding the hustle of this particular manifold by a departed forum member was over the top. Actual Dyno results eventually showed no more than what you'd get out of a $300 extrude hone job....Bout 10 hp.....

Peak power is all a dyno graph is good for...shows nothing about power delivery>>
10hp?? sounds optimistic....but, even so....the deliver (vs. added hp) of the power curve was much improved with this mani...and I was still on APR software.
As for the hype...yes, tons...a pity, too...everyone blows things up so they can only fail. I never believed the 30hp....about as realistic a claim as any other claims in the auto industry. In fact, TJM (I believe) posted that you'll get "upwards of"....those wonderful weasle words we've all come to know and love....nonsense. But then, how else can TJM play in the arena of false claims?....."buy my $8buck mani and get only 5-10 hp..but I promise you'll love the throttle response"? Wish that honesty would work...but, no...it would not sell product.
The claims on this product were as blown up as any...he, at least it ain't blowin' up motors....check out some new kits currently making huge S4 / 1.8T #'s. for all of 5 seconds.

mani comes after chip, exhaust, FMIC, CAI.
You could argue that a turbo upgrade should happen at the same time as mani....more volume makes this motor book...if yoy have 225hp block you'll be cool with small turbo upgrade
