Default I run 36 front and 33 rear. I'd start there and adjust up/down...

until you get the ride and performance you are looking for. Remember the higher the pressure, the less likely you'll be to bend a wheel, but the stiffer your ride will be. Do not go over the maximum listed on the sidewall of your tires.

Default I run more than that....

I do 42f/40r on 8.5" width wheels with S03's. Not harsh and good wear; pretty decent roads around here. I started at 36 but personally feel it's too low for the weight of this car, width of wheel, and the tire. (max press is 51psi)
