Default tire sizing question

I currently have the stock OEM 6 spoke rims 7X7.5

Will the same tires fit a rim thats either a 7X7 or 7X8

depends on the tire width, are you looking at one in particular?

I'm either looking at the FLIK Justice 7X8
or the FLIK Artic, 7X7, but i don't want to change out my tires

Manuf. specs for your tires though. Their range may be different.

Default No 225/45x17 listed though..>

in that A/S series, which would require a wider rim (7.5 most likely)
