Today I did a boost test in 3rd gear and I spiked it 19 and as th RPMs went up boost was going down.

Today I did a boost test in 3rd gear and I spiked it 19 and as th RPMs went up boost was going down.
By 4000 RPMs it was at 11 psi.....WTF?....Im hearing huge backfires and Im taking my car into the dealer tomarrow, might be the coilpacks.......do the coilpacks effect power or boost? ...your thoughts!
