The TT is having some cold start problems. it stumbles badly on start up.

I am looking to replace the plugs tomorrow, and would like to try NGK PFR6Q instead of the Iridiums which i have used over the last 3(?) changes.

What should the NGK plugs be gapped to .32 or .29?

TIA

0.32 stock, 0.28 if highly modified... anywhere in between should also be fine AFAIK

Stock is a good choice. I've had problems with the iridiums in the past.

Get that fixed quick James. Are you going to TT East this year?

I have the Ik22s. You need to check the gap as it tends to increase...>>

I have mine at 0.30" I was having the same problems. the had increased to 0.40" over 10,000 miles. Reset and no more problems. I now check them every 5,000 miles when I change the oil.

Hope this helps.
