Default TT Roadster purchase. Are there deals out there?

I'm damn near salivating, and all the potential worries about dv valves and Hungarian build quality (sorry Hungarians) make no difference. Gotta have one of these cars.

So of course I have to have one with all the bells and doodads and my question is how successful has anyone been in paying substantially less than retail for what is probably Audi's hottest model?

Default Substantial?

Substantial would probably be several thousand $$? Not likely, unless you find an overstocked dealer with manual roofed TTR 225s in a cold, wintery place. How worth it will all the effort be to find that ultimate bargain? If you can afford a 40K car, saving a few hundred to $2,000 might be nice, but it won't really make as much of a difference in your life as denying yourself the car you want because you didn't get the deal of a lifetime. IMHO

Default Call Karen as they have large inventory

Karen at Stan Olsen Auto Center has 8 to 10 new and used TT. Not sure which engine models or options. Both roadster and coupes in stock. I don't think they will see much movement here in Omaha, NE until Spring.

She can be reached at 402-397-8200, extension 156. They also have a web site where you can view current inventory - unfortunately no prices listed. Visit www.stanolsenauto.com

Good luck.

I agree. Just wanted to ask before entering the dealership armed with a purpose. I really WOULD rather see the dentist.

Default Re: Substantial?

I just picked up my 2001 Roadster 3 days ago and got what I think is a great deal.
It has:Premium Package
Audio Package
Power Top
Lake Silver, Ebony Interior

I paid $ 2600 under MSRP !
I went in with a friend who wanted the coupe and we worked together to get 2 great deals !
I am very happy ! Now I need some warm weather to put down the top !!

Happy new year !

Rusnak Westlake, CA had a bunch of TTs. Might try them. More inventory often means better prices.
