Regardless of what everyone thinks, the front end of this thing screams "Large" custom IC - just look @ the gap. Would expect a blown + exhaust one of these to put out almost 400hp (280+ exhaust should be 300sh then add blown)

Default I think that 20hp from an exhaust is a bit wishful thinking.

Also if you look at the compression ratios, it will be difficult to run much boost.

true, just suggested numbers, but expect very high 300s for not much cash

Default Chipped TT would compete absolutely, but imagine what would modded Z do

Last night I killed non-modded Maxima 2000 in two runs from the red lights. At the end of the 3rd gear I had one car advantage already both times. Had I shifted faster (was a little lazy on shifts) I would have been two times farther. But that's Maxima with its 222 horses.

Default I don't see how this would be possible.. High 300's?

On an engine that already is likely maxed out for this application. Remember that the SAME engine only puts out 240 in the pathfinder, and 255-265 in the sedans. So I doubt that there is a whole lot of EASY potential in this engine. Maybe advancing the timing (chipping), exhaust, headers, cats, and an intake would do something, but I would expect, not that much.
