Bad news! I tried my top for the first time since esp install and it does not work, I can hear the motor but no action same for windblocker, any ideas

Take her in for service...I had top worked on...

..and it's almost like brain surgery to get to where the stuff is according to the guy that worked on it. Probably a loose something or other 8-)
