Default TTRQ225 Newbie

Just purchased a 2001TTRQ225 with 24k, CPO silver with Baseball for 25k including ttl.
Is this a fair price in this market or do you think the prices will drop? I wanted to get it before spring as I thought prices might tip up a little.

Pretty much loving it. I tried a 180 and really liked the feel and thought it adequate. Dealer was not an audi dealer and he wanted 24.5 with a 3k warranty. I was able to get the 225Q for less with a cpo and same mileage. I like the 225 even better. The dealer with the 180 said he stays away from the 225 as more things go wrong with them.

Default Sounds like he had a 180 to sell and not a 225.

Bunch of BS. Eitehr would have been a great choice but lets just say you made the greater choice.

Default I agree. Most of the problems I see here have nothing to do with 180 vs 225. They are common

to both styles (dash issues, timing belt, electrical gremlins, etc.).

I have been watching prices for the last year and they are dropping. Having said that, I believe you got a fair price for a low mileage CPO car. That 100K warranty could be worth a fortune!

Default if you don't mind me asking

what was the asking price for the car? Any time I see CPO cars, they are going for much more than you paid.

It was offered for $24.9 initially. Negotiated final price on crappy rainy day.
