Default This is correct. My first order through them I got it fairly quick. My most recent not so fast

they are really slow responding to emails but eventually they email back. I'm still wating for my reshipment of my sway bar bushings that I ordered 3 weeks ago.

My current issue is that I ordered pads last mondy paid for the $14 the 3 day delivery.
Email them this past Tuesday and still no reponse from them or tracking #.

it's now been 11 days still no pads?

I see they adverise here and was just wondering how their service was. Looks like I'm in normal.

This will probably be my first and last time with them.

Default I've never had a problem but too many reports of issues have driven me away

If I need something in a specific amount of time I go elsewhere now. I needed KMAC's for my suspension install this weekend, TT Stuff was the first place I looked but when it came down to it I ordered elsewhere, I had a phone number to call, I talked to a live person, I got email updates in a timely manner and I got my parts on time.

Default We apparently caused a run on poly swaybar bushings

I ordered direct from powerflex and they were out of stock and supposed to be getting thousands of them this week, still waiting for mine too.

Default In a email they sent me they said that USPS lost the package, found it and delivered it but

I still haven't gotten it as of yesterday. We'll see if its on my doorstep when I get home today from work. They do take care of their customers, just not very timely that's all.

Default yep, thats my experience. It seems that they deliver but in a PITA sorta way. I can't imagine how

they can afford to have this sort of a rep. on this board. They should do some PR before it gets worse. I mean if you only sell TT products, you'd think that you'd do all you can to avoid bad comments on a public forum this size which contains a large proportion of their customer base.
