turbo whine problems?

Default turbo whine problems?
When first starting, notice high pitched whine/squeal. Shut off, turn on again,gone,happens every time.Any ideas?

If only on first start, it might be your supplemental air injection pump. Disconnect the electrical connector prior to first start and check.
