Posted about a bunch of error codes after my valve cover gasket replacement job. Found the problem today.

Took the G40 Hall Sensor Housing off and whatta ya know? The bolt that holds the hall sensor rotor to the camshaft is completely loose. As a result it chewed up the wiring inside the hall sensor housing itself. Now, we both remember torquing the bolt to 25nm but apparently it didn't stay. Too be honest it was late on a Friday night and we probably f'ed it up. I have a replacement hall sensor housing on the way.

So, any chance the timing on that front camshaft is screwed up? My guess is no because the chain should have held it in place???
