Ummm...Joel...you wrote the release letter for the TT forum CALENDAR....right?
Anone see anything wrong with this sentence?
"By signing this LICENSE AGREEMENT you agree to grant to Kim Caldwell a mutual non-exclusive right to the duplication and publication of your photographic image for inclusion in the 2003 TT Calend<b>e</b>r"
Lest you think it's an accident...I submit...
"You further agree that there shall be no limitation on the number of duplications of your submitted image and that the image may also be used for advertising purposes related to the sale and distribution of the 2003 TT Calend<b>e</b>r"
and
"however, you agree not to market, produce, sell or otherwise distribute your image in any manner which would compete in any way with the 2003 TT Calend<b>e</b>r"
For your reading pleasure. Oh, and it's not like I spotted it right away....spell checker seems to have a problem with it and highlights it all over the document. :-P
