v6 vibration, more like minor backfires in the cat at low speed under accelleration... is it normal?

Well, it's an 04, and it has 4k miles, it's been sitting for probably about a year at my estimates, and when I got it from the auction house, the intame manifold had cracked in the accident, which allowed the cylinder to fill with water. The water was removed, and when the new manifold was installed, it started right up, with a couple of misfires, and eventually smoothed out. I have a feeling you're correct, and intend to have the injectors cleaned, but I must say, just from the hour ride home, the occurrances reduced, so it may just be a bad tank of gas. I'll try some dry gas... THanks Steve! BTW, where do you store the owners manuals? I can't figure it out!
