Default VAG-COM - protocol for running??

Should I have the doors shut and windows up, stereo off, in gear, etc. while running the Auto-Scan? So far it has complained about the airbag module, but is still running...

Default I had 2 of those faults

adaptation of the key...means it has been pressed 200 times or more.

Alarm trigger internal monitoring also...
