Default Valve Cover Gaskets Replaced...New Chapter of Error Codes...

Alright...finally got around to changing the valve cover gaskets tonight. Also, replaced spark plugs with new OEM plugs. Started the car up to 7 new codes:

7 Faults Found:
17794 - Internal Control Module Malfunction
P1386 - 35-00 - -
16726 - Shareware Version. To Decode all DTCs
P0342 - 35-00 - Please Register/Activate
16621 - Shareware Version. To Decode all DTCs
P0237 - 35-00 - Please Register/Activate
17796 - Internal Control Module Malfunction
P1388 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent
16490 - Shareware Version. To Decode all DTCs
P0106 - 35-00 - Please Register/Activate
18041 - Shareware Version. To Decode all DTCs
P1633 - 35-00 - Please Register/Activate
16486 - Mass Air Flow Sensor (G70): Signal too Low P0102 - 35-00

Great. Cleared em all out and took it for a drive. After a short distance, it tossed me a battery light and EPC light and then died. Ouch. Started it up again...now it's throwing 3 codes with a CEL ...AND a EPC light??

16621 - Manifold Pressure / Boost Sensor (G31): Signal too Low
P0237 - 35-00 - -
16725 - Shareware Version. To Decode all DTCs
P0341 - 35-00 - Please Register/Activate
16490 - Shareware Version. To Decode all DTCs
P0106 - 35-00 - Please Register/Activate

I have looked up the codes. Cam shaft positioner circuit and manifold absolute pressure sensor...fine. But, WTF is going on here?? My boyfriend and I double-checked all of our work. Everything is back in place after the valve cover gasket job. Hey, at least I am not getting the knock sensor 1 and 2 signal too low along with the internal control module malfunction errors anymore (that was last week). We did not touch the timing... cams were not moved, cam chain wasn't moved. Bad ECU?? Electrical problems is my guess... can ALL of the wiring be replaced? Has anyone done this?? Help please... thank you.

I replaced the valve cover gasket on my 03 and it was pretty simple, did you replace the cam seals?

Default No. We didn't have the Bentley handy and decided against messing with it...

so we only replaced the gaskets that were easy to get to. The main reason we performed the fix was because oil was leaking out and onto the spark plugs. It was a simple straight-forward job. I think the wiring is just screwed... probably gonna have to spend a few $$'s to fix this one.
