Default VTDA Production model now done!
Cleaned up the end cap design from the original and extended the V-stack a little more. This looks like the final version!

Default It's a totally different set-up. Cheaper and simpler...>>>
Does not replace the TTDA, though the TTDA will be available with the V-stack style inlet.

Default So, is it really loud?
I had the carbonio cold air intake on my GTI and it was pretty damn loud. I am assuming this is fairly similar if not louder, since the CF tube on the carbonio went all the way down the fender.

Insulated, about 1/4 the sound of an open element. Non insulated maybe 1/3. Not loud and obnoxious at all...just breathy....:-)
