Default Well, Comcast switched my internet service to their "new" network last night...

It was not working to well this morning. I was getting 25 - 50% packet loss everytime I would ping something. DNS was not resolving names either. Those problems seem to have gone away though, because it's working well now. I believe the downstream is now capped at 1.5MBps. I have heard this from others as well. They never had a cap on the downstream before because I was getting speeds of up to 4MBps. I ran a couple different speed tests today and the highest I got was 1.024MBps. The IP's changed also, which I thought would happen. I don't know about mail. I never once used my home.com email, so I don't know if it works or not. I was pretty optimistic about the switchover, but it seemed to go pretty well. We'll see how the speed is tonight though. Before it really slowed down during peak times, but was really fast during the day.

Default Single PC on the cable modem or do you have a router ...

with multiple PCs? If using a router did you have to change the domain name entry?

Default I use the Linksys router and didn't change anything...

I never had a domain name specified, but did have a host name specified. I didn't change the host name and it still works.
