Default what could cause all these codes...alternator? supply terminal 30 voltage low

I had not driven my car in about 2 months due to injury, i drove it on thursday and friday with no problems, then saturday the gauges started going crazy, the headlights turned off while driving, the "yellow" battery symbol turned on in the HUD and finally it went into hard limp mode as i was looking for a parking space.
I bought a new battery and put it on, it started, drove it for about 30 miles and the "red" battery light in the speedo started flashing went into light limp mode for a few seconds before i got to my sisters house. couls it be the alternator or possibly something else here are the codes i pulled the second time. the first time it happened it pulled similar codes.
