Default the color's awesome Raffi... but i'm with Jeff, could the enamel effect be flatter?

Default That's the problem, the enamel is always sinking in the middle...>>>

It's not that bad when you see it live.
I'll see what else could be done.

Default How do you put the enamel on? It could be the geometry of the font.

causes it to "wick" up the edges. We have that issue with epoxies at work when mounting laser die.

Maybe if you undercut the letters a little bit. The enamel could flow "under" the letter and it'll smooth out?

Default Here's the fix:

Get a flat red.
This way, there is no shine. The shine lets the eye know that there is a curve, depression, what have you.
Change it to flat, lose the shine, and it will look uniform.
